So its Monday already, all I can say about that is BLAH. Its already evening though so I don’t have much to complain about now. I’ve already worked out and did a ton of school work so really all I have left to do is some laundry, and more school work if I feel like it. I never run out of school work. I didn’t go grocery shopping today even though I should have and still can, I’ll probably just go tomorrow. I’m sure I can find something to eat for dinner.
Day Five - Why do you really want to lose weight? Are you doing it for you?
I want to lose weight for the simple reason that I want to be healthy and feel better inside and out. I’ve already lost about 23 pounds now (as I’ve probably said in like every post now haha) and I already feel so much better physically and mentally. I am definitely doing it for me.
