Ugh today was a long day. I had to stay at work an hour later, and not only that but our air conditioning wasn’t working, and it is 88 degrees today here in Ohio, so I was sweating like a pig all day. Needless to say I was exhausted when I got home and I just wanted to get my workout over with. So after I was in a building without air conditioning for 9 hours I came home and worked out for an hour and then I had to walk my dog, and now I am finally sitting down. I did do my 50 squats of course though, and I also did the plank challenge for the day which was 30 seconds.
Day Eight - Your Workout Routine
Sunday - Rest
Monday - around 40 minutes on the treadmill, plus 20 minutes of circuit like workouts (lunges, squats, crunches, curls, dips, push ups, etc.)
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - 40 minutes on treadmill, and 20 minutes of another circuit different than Monday
Thursday - 60 minutes on treadmill
Friday - 40 minutes on treadmill, and 20 minutes of a different circuit
Saturday - 60 minutes on treadmill
So writing my workout down like that makes it seem like I’m not doing much, but as I’ve said in other posts, I’m losing weight every week. I try to run faster and more miles every couples of weeks also, and do more reps of the workouts I’m doing. Oh and right now I’m also doing 50 squats everyday for the 1000 squat challenge, and I am doing the plank challenge.
